Marketa Burnett Receives SHE WORKS Mentor of the Year Award.
Marketa Burnett recently received the SHE WORKS Mentor of the Year Award from LiveGirl. LiveGirl is a Connecticut-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to prepare the next generation of brave women leaders with the skills, mentorship, and opportunities to thrive and make a positive impact. The SHE WORKS program prepares college-aged women for the workforce by providing mentorship, career development, networking, and access to meaningful, real-world internship experiences.

Manisha Sinha has been awarded the biannual President's Book Prize from the Society for Historians of the Gilded Age and Progressive Era. The award recognizes outstanding scholarship on the history of the Gilded Age and Progressive Era.
