Tae’Niajha Pullen, an Africana Studies major, will be taking a gap year and will apply to law school for next fall.

Following graduation, Karizma (Psychology major and Africana Studies Minor) plans to spend a gap year gaining experience at the intersection of wellness, creativity, and community impact. She hopes to work with nonprofits supporting wellness and the arts in Black communities while continuing to support Dr. Marketa Burnett through The Dream Collab. During this time, she will pursue certifications in UX Design and Health Design to strengthen her skills in human-centered innovation and explore future opportunities in the fields. By the end of the year, she hopes to be admitted into a master's program.

Trinity Stewart earned a BA in Political Science and an Africana Studies minor. She plans on taking a gap year before pursuing higher education and gaining more political experience.

Myeisa Barnhill, a Biology and Africana Studies double major, is enrolled in UConn's Accelerated 4+1 Master's of Public Health program, where she will be concentrating in Social Inequality and Health Disparities.
