Molette Dinner Awards 2025

The Africana Studies Institute held it’s annual Drs. Barbara and Carlton Molette Scholarship and Award dinner on April 10, 2025. This year’s speaker was Dr. Shayla C. Nunnally from the University of Tennessee- Knoxville. The Community Engagement Award was presented to Anastasia Charles. The Excellence in the Africana Studies Minor award was presented to Jewel Booker, and two students received the Drs. Barbara and Carlton Molette Award; Lizamishel Boateng and Charlotte Jenkins.
